Starting with sliced chunks of seasoned Heirloom Tomatoes from Growing Opportunities Farm. Garnished with Local Onions shaved thinly and Balsamic Cured Talus Wind Ranch Pork Belly Lardon’s. Than dressed with Lemon Verbena Ranch made with local goats milk.

An Achiote seasoned and Oak Wood Roasted Game Hen that serves two with Lemon Thyme Risotto and a Rich Roasted Carrot Gravy on the side.

For dessert a jar of Lemon Curd and fresh Raspberries served with Lemon Polenta Cookies.
